1. Information we receive
When you contact Homefront, you may provide your name, email address, an optional phone number and information about your property inquiry. If you choose SMS, we also receive the number and permission details you provide, including the relevant consent wording and date.
Do not send passwords, government identifiers, payment-card details, health information or other sensitive documents through this website. We do not collect payments or accept file uploads here.
2. How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond, understand the request, provide support and manage communication preferences. An inquiry does not give blanket permission for unrelated marketing or automated calls.
If you ask us to consider an independent provider introduction, we explain the proposed sharing and seek your separate approval. Project inquiry information is not automatically distributed to other businesses.
3. SMS consent and third-party sharing
SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented or shared for third-party marketing or promotional purposes. Permission to receive Homefront texts is specific to Homefront’s own service and support program.
Service providers, including communication platforms and telephone carriers, may process information only as needed to operate, protect and deliver this messaging program. A separate project referral does not transfer your SMS permission or authorize another business to text you.
We keep consent and opt-out information as needed to respect your preferences and maintain program records. Read the SMS program terms for message types, frequency, rates and STOP/HELP information.
4. Website forms, cookies and hosting
In the default email-draft mode, the forms assemble a draft in your browser. Nothing is automatically sent to Homefront or saved to browser storage. You decide whether to open your email application and send it. Your email provider then handles the message under its own terms.
If secure online submission is enabled on the hosted site, the form clearly identifies that mode. The server records the submitted inquiry and any explicit SMS choice in private storage; a reference confirms recording, not message delivery or SMS enrollment. An essential session cookie helps protect those forms, and a limited network-address hash is used for abuse prevention.
This website includes no advertising trackers, analytics tags, third-party embedded forms or external font requests. The hosting provider may process technical request logs such as an IP address, browser information and request time to serve and protect the site. Hosting settings govern those logs.
5. Security and retention
We limit inquiry and communication records to the purposes described here and restrict operational access. Hosted form records should be held outside the public website directory. We do not promise that any internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
We review retained information and keep it only as needed for the inquiry, communication preferences, legitimate recordkeeping or applicable requirements. Opt-out records may need to be retained to avoid contacting you again. Contact us to discuss a particular record or request.
6. Your choices
You can contact Homefront without SMS permission. When the text program is active, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You can also email us to change preferences, request correction or ask about access/deletion of your information. Some records may need to remain to honor an opt-out or satisfy an applicable obligation.
A new SMS request does not automatically clear earlier suppression or start a campaign. Do not provide another person’s information or permission unless you are authorized to do so.
7. Contact and policy updates
For privacy or communication questions, email je_kieffer@icloud.com. We may update this policy as the website or program changes; the current version will appear on this page.
