A few things
worth knowing.
Clear answers before your next step.
What does Homefront do?
Homefront is an Arizona-based homeowner inquiry and referral-coordination business. We discuss your property request and whether an appropriate next conversation or independent professional introduction may make sense.
Is Homefront the contractor doing the work?
No. Independent providers carry out referred work under their own agreements. Confirm licensing, insurance, scope, availability and pricing directly with the provider before hiring. This website does not certify a provider or guarantee an outcome.
Can you guarantee a provider, price or timeline?
No. Each request is discussed individually. Any availability, project quote, schedule or service agreement must be confirmed separately in writing with the responsible business.
What should I include in my inquiry?
A brief description, general location and the timing you have in mind are useful starting points. Do not submit passwords, government identifiers, payment-card details or other sensitive documents through the website.
Will my details be sent to other companies?
Not automatically. A possible introduction is a separate choice. We ask before sharing project details for an introduction. SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared for third-party marketing. See our privacy policy.
Do I have to agree to text messages?
No. SMS is optional and not a condition of purchase. You can contact us by email without a phone number or SMS permission. A contact inquiry is not SMS enrollment.
Are text updates active now?
The SMS program is being prepared and is not live in this website release. A consent request does not start messages. Read SMS updates for the proposed service-only program and current request options.
How do I stop texts or get help?
When the program is active, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You can also email je_kieffer@icloud.com. Opting out of SMS does not prevent you from contacting Homefront.
Does the website send an email when I fill a form?
In the default portable version, the form prepares an email draft and sends nothing. You must open your email app and choose Send. If secure online submission is enabled on the hosted site, the form will explicitly identify that mode and show whether the request was recorded. Neither result guarantees email delivery.
Is this an emergency service?
No. Do not rely on the website, email or SMS for an urgent safety issue. Contact appropriate emergency services instead.
